1. You must be a fan of the city of Philadelphia. Pretty much goes without saying.
2. You don't need a website to join. Just your name, where you live, and a working email address are needed.
3. However, if you do have a website, you must have some sort of link to this site. Whether it be by button or plain text link. So long as it's there.
4. No websites contianing pornography, or illicit/illegal content shall be accepted.
5. When applying, please only send one form. No empty forms or StIcKy CaPs will be accepted.
6. After applying you will not recieve a comfirmation e-mail. Your information will just be added during the next update.
